Condos

• The Maui attached luxury market is a Buyer's Market with a 13% Sales Ratio.

• Homes sold for a median of 97.03% of list price in January 2021.

• The most active price band is $1,500,000-$1,599,999, where the sales ratio is 67%.

• The median luxury sales price for attached homes has increased to $1,800,000.

• The median days on market for January 2021 was 119 days, remaining the same from December 2020.
